Building Generational Wealth Through Homeownership
In 2015, New Beginnings Outreach, Inc. partnered with the NYCHA Real Estate Department to support families through the First-Time Homebuyer process, guiding residents toward long-term housing stability and ownership opportunities. Nearly 50 participants received education, counseling, and support as they transitioned from public housing pathways into homeownership.

One of those families was Kierre Blue, who participated in the New Beginnings Outreach, Inc. First-Time Homebuyer initiative. Through commitment, preparation, and community support, her family successfully obtained their home in Queens, New York — creating a lasting foundation for generational wealth.
